Chandika Hathurusingha looks set to return as the head coach of the Bangladesh national men's team, with Cricket New South Wales confirming that he is leaving the position of assistant coach with them. The update follows media speculation in Bangladesh that the BCB has reached an agreement with Hathurusingha.

England are highly understanding of the situation and have not put pressure on Hales. Indeed, the national team have become increasingly aware that the franchise circuit now pays more, with a series of cricketers who would have been picked for the Lions - the national second-string - this winter not selected so that they could play in franchise leagues instead.

IL T20 garners 108 million viewers on Zee's linear channels

Media and entertainment company Zee Entertainment has revealed that the ongoing inaugural season of DP World International League T20 (ILT20) has clocked a viewership of over 10 crores in India. As per the recent data released by the Broadcast Audience Research Council India (BARC), the TV audience measurement company, over 108 million individual viewers tuned in across ZEEā€™s linear channels to catch the live cricketing action from across India.
