Pakistan heaves a sigh of relief with the Test drawn due to Poor light 🪛
Ish Sodhi's maiden five-wicket haul in Test cricket left Pakistan precariously close to their fifth successive defeat in the format but Saud Shakeel and Mohammad Wasim kept fighting. NZ was setting for a draw, but Babar Azam's decision of dangling the carrot to NZ to chase 138 in 14 / 15 overs. NZ even came close but poor light saved the day ending the Test match to a dull draw.
Rishabh Pant Met with Accident
India's wicket-keeper batter Rishabh Pant has been hospitalized after the car in which he was traveling to Roorkee met with an accident on National Highway 58. It is understood that Pant, who was driving the car, is out of danger now, though he has sustained a few injuries - to his head, knee, and back. | Statement BCCI
